At Sampson Medical Group we have made access to care easy and convenient with two accessible locations.  Both locations provide primary care services including routine check-ups, physicals, immunizations, chronic disease screenings and management, and acute medical care.

Women requiring specialty care can visit our Clinton location offering obstetric and gynecological care.  Services include general OB-GYN treatment, ultrasounds, infertility treatment, treatment of osteoporosis, high-risk obstetrics, and minimally invasive surgeries.

We participate in almost all commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare.

Reach Out and Read

Our Clinton location is proud to be a Reach Out & Read provider. We believe literacy is a critical skill and early childhood is the critical age that builds the foundation for a lifetime of success.  You'll find our providers incorporating books during office visits to engage children and families in learning. Books during pediatric visits help open conversations with parents and families about cognitive, motor, social, and emotional development.  The program reaches beyond medicine by supporting bonding, early brain development, and a love of learning.

At each well-child visit, children ages 6 months through 5 years will receive a new book appropriate for their developmental stage that they can take home and keep.  We hope this helps our youngest patients build a home library that gives them a love for reading.  We encourage families to make reading part of daily routines to develop strong parent-child bonds and strengthen children in their developmental milestones.

Baby & Me – Tobacco Free Program

Our Clinton location also offers Baby & Me- Tobacco Free Program™ to help pregnant women in our community. This free evidence-based prenatal/postpartum program assists mothers in quitting tobacco and staying quit. Mothers and their partners who successfully quit have the opportunity to earn free diapers for up to 12 months. Staff at Sampson Medical Group are trained and certified staff to give mothers the support and resources they need in order to quit smoking. Sampson County mothers can receive prenatal/postpartum care at any provider of their choice and still enroll in Baby & Me- Tobacco Free Program™ at Sampson Medical Group of Clinton.

This program is generously funded by Anonymous Trust of Raleigh, North Carolina through a grant to the Sampson Regional Medical Center Foundation. Quitting smoking is the single most important thing a mother can do for their health and the health of their baby. For more information on the program visit www.babyandmetobaccofree.org, or to enroll, call Sampson Medical Group's Baby & Me Program Administrator at (910) 590-8755.
